The EIROforum Procurement Working Group brings together the procurement teams of the nine organisations to collaborate on shared procurement challenges and opportunities. Meeting twice a year typically, the group fosters open exchange on topics such as procurement rules and thresholds, contract management, and the effective use of digital tools including ERP, EAM, and e-tendering systems.

Through benchmarking, discussion of case law, and the sharing of best practices, the group promotes continuous improvement and innovation in procurement. It also addresses cross-cutting priorities such as sustainability and strategic sourcing, enabling members to learn from one another and strengthen their approaches in a rapidly evolving landscape.
