The EIROforum Working Group on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) intends to contribute to the improvement of the effectiveness of its Organisations’ approaches to ERM by facilitating information exchange amongst ERM practitioners.

The ERM Working Group addresses all types of risks at enterprise level such as strategic, financial and operational and focuses on top risks that might affect the achievement of the Organisation’s objectives.

The team exchanges best practices in ERM between the members and when appropriate, identify high level risks common to EIROS and develop potential mitigation measures to handle them. In this “activity”, the ERM Working Group liaises with the activities led in other Working Groups.
